Ambitious Ales started in 2012, in the happy, hungover aftermath of a trip to the Oregon Brewers Festival that left five friends wondering: could we make beer? So they tried — and found they could! (It wasn’t good, but they could!) Now a GABF-winning brewery, Ambitious Ales brings award-winning craft beer, frozen squishees, and rotating NA options to its lively taprooms, complete with local food pop-ups, TVs, and a laidback outdoor patio.
